Idli Preparation: Soak Idli Rava and urad dal separately, grind the urad dal into a smooth batter, mix with soaked Idli Rava, ferment the mixture overnight, and steam to make idlis.
Dosa and Uttapam: Can be used to prepare crispy dosas and soft uttapams by adjusting the batter consistency.
Upma: Though traditionally made with wheat semolina, Idli Rava can be used as an alternative for a different texture and taste
